The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is great with plenty of nearby activities. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Very family friendly and there are good dining options nearby.

The only downside was that my king room didn't have a bathtub, only a shower. However, the staff was quick to offer another room with a bathtub the next morning.

The room had two lovely windows with nice views and surprisingly no noise from nearby construction. The pillows were incredibly soft and the room was clean. The location was ideal, with minimal foot traffic, yet close enough for a short walk to various attractions such as Pike Place Market.
