My recent stay at Hilton Garden was absolutely delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. The modern and immaculate facility provided great accommodations, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The room itself was pristine and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed. The pool area was fantastic, and I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day. The hotel also had a well-equipped business and exercise rooms, catering to all my needs. my experience at Hilton Garden was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Although I had a wonderful stay overall, I did find the area surrounding the hotel to be less appealing. It was somewhat isolated and took a bit longer than expected to reach from the airport.

Recently stayed at a hotel just across the street from Pheasant Run Resort. The location was perfect with many dining options nearby. The hotel was clean and updated, making for a comfortable stay. Although the heating/air system was a bit loud, it didn't affect the overall experience. Would definitely stay here again. a good stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the very good quality of the little restaurant at this hotel. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. It was a convenient option for dining as it was close to everything we did or wanted to do. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The hotel's location was also great for those attending events at the nearby pheasant run conference center. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all there and the rooms had comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay.

Everything great.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. They even let me check in early, which was a nice gesture. the location of the hotel worked out well for me, as it was conveniently situated near a Walmart. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the hot tub and pool provided a relaxing experience.

There were a few issues that affected my stay. the bedding was uncomfortably hot and didn't breathe well, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located in the St. Charles area, close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area and find everything we needed. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering delicious food and excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of activities. The breakfast was delicious and customizable, with the cook preparing eggs to our liking.

There were a few issues with communication at the front desk regarding credit card information and the complimentary breakfast.
