The service staff were excellent, very nice and accommodating, especially the ladies who ran the breakfast. The housekeeper went above and beyond to ensure a great service. Shaniqua at the front desk was extremely helpful in the business center. The hotel was clean with wonderful amenities and the food at the bar was excellent and reasonably priced.

Everything is what i need and want.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Hilton Garden. The room was modern and we loved the long broad shelf expanse. The hotel was easy to find and the staff were professional and efficient. We appreciated their help in getting us situated even though we couldn't be there in person. The food at the bar was excellent and reasonably priced. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel was well lit and the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was accommodating and the front desk was helpful in the business center. The staff made a positive difference in our stay.

For the value, the Hilton Garden Inn in Statesville was wonderful. The room was modern and had a nice, spacious layout with a long shelf and a comfortable chair. The location was easy to find off the highway, and the staff treated me well and made me feel secure.

Food for breakfast could have been better with more options.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for couples or families traveling with kids. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a fridge, coffee maker, and a separate TV for the kids. The food at the bar was delicious and reasonably priced. The parking lot had stadium lighting, providing added security for vehicles.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the check-in experience was frustrating as there was no one at the front desk upon my arrival, causing a delay in getting settled.

The cleanliness of the hotel . The bathroom had hair on the floor and the tub was in need of a good scrub.

During our recent stay at Hilton Garden, we were impressed with the spaciousness of the room. The modern design and the long broad shelf expanse added a stylish touch. We also appreciated the comfortable easy chair and side table provided.

The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find off of #77. Although there weren't many restaurant options nearby, gas stations were available nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden. We loved the location of the hotel, which was close to the interstate. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Although the hotel charged for continental breakfast, the food was worth it. Overall I will recommend this hotel.
