As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the excellent breakfast options and the attentive service from the waitstaff. The front desk staff were personable and went out of their way to assist us, even helping us with printing out game tickets. The location was ideal, offering privacy and comfort while still being conveniently close to a variety of dining options such as Culver's and Crispers. It was also centrally located for attending games in both Lakeland and Tampa. The proximity to attractions like the Florida Aquarium was a bonus for our leisure time. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure travel.

We stayed in a hotel near a mall, which was perfect for our business trip. The hotel is conveniently located down Selmon Expressway toll road, making it easy to get around. Our room was clean and spacious with a cozy bed and modern bathroom. The concierge, Demetra, was exceptional and provided helpful recommendations for our stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast while taking in the beautiful view. The friendly staff and great amenities made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel had exceptional service from check-in to departure. The waitstaff at breakfast and dinner were quick and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. Despite being located near the interstate and highway, there was no noise disturbance in the room.

There was a lack of attention to detail regarding housekeeping. I did not have a "Do Not Disturb" sign, and housekeeping unexpectedly knocked on my door in the morning, giving me a scare.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious with comfortable air beds and contain all the necessary amenities such as a microwave and coffee maker. Additionally, the breakfast was included and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the location, while not downtown, still provided easy access to many restaurants in the area.

I had an awful experience on Thanksgiving day, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was not clean, and the sheets had stains on them.

One unforgettable moment was when the night representative prepared our statement and gave us small bags of fruit, snacks, and water for our long trip back to Virginia. This personalized touch went above and beyond our expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Riverview Brandon! I was in town for a week and this hotel was the perfect choice. It's tucked into the trees, giving it a restful atmosphere, yet it's also conveniently close to good food, shopping, a bank. The front desk staff provided exceptional service and the breakfast was delicious. The lobby was superb, boasting beautiful furnishings, ample lighting, and a relaxing ambiance. And the best part? The hotel offers a noon check-out, which made my one night stay feel like a much longer vacation. I left feeling refreshed and ready to go.
