I recently stayed at a hotel for a quick trip into DC for sightseeing. The location was great, only a 15-20 minute drive to the city depending on traffic. The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even offered suggestions for dining and provided directions to a nearby restaurant.

The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options, although there was no decaffeinated tea, coffee, or chocolate milk, only regular coffee.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a week-long vacation. The hotel was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even providing us with batteries when ours ran out. The shuttle service was convenient and took us to nearby attractions and restaurants. The free parking was a bonus, and we didn't need our car during our stay. a great experience.

Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during a difficult time. the level of customer service provided by John Willis, Erick, and Joseph was impeccable. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. the location was convenient, close to the Metro station, making it easy to travel to Washington D.C.

Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. the continental breakfast was average, but it was enough to fill you up.

The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels delivered quickly. The full hot breakfast had different options each day. Plenty of free parking. Staff were attentive and competent. Beds were heavenly.

Convenient for families of 5, with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Great housekeeping and free shuttle to the Metro. Close to Old Town Alexandria. Good location, breakfast, and staff. Free parking and variety in breakfast options. Clean area and comfortable rooms.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the complimentary chocolates left in my room and the delicious breakfast served daily. the hotel’s location was convenient and close to all the attractions I was interested in visiting. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that allowed me to rest comfortably throughout the night.

the customer service I received from the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, failing to offer me a refund or a suitable solution to the issue I encountered.

Our family stayed here for several reasons, meeting friends from Estonia who were flying into Ronald Reagan, doing some sightseeing in DC, yet headed south out of DC area to stay in the Outer Banks. We loved the reception staff, who made for an easy check-in and were very pleasant. The breakfasts were excellent with a good selection of foods, and the breakfast staff was attentive and helpful. The shuttle buses were quick and efficient, and the location was convenient with free parking on site. The rooms were small but sufficient, and the bed was comfortable. the staff, facilities, and location were outstanding.
