My husband and I stayed at Harrah's Joliet Casino for his 61st birthday and we were not disappointed. The room layout was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom that left us amazed. The free covered parking garage was very convenient, and we loved how the smell from the on-site pizza restaurant filled the entire place. The location was ideal for my work in downtown, and the room was nice and clean. everything about our visit was wonderful.

We felt well taken care of in every area, including the casino. The location, right on the river, was perfect for gambling and there were multiple casinos to choose from. We also appreciated the convenience of having shops and commercial services available. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities and air conditioning, added to our overall comfort. The hotel has everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is centrally located and easily accessible from the main road. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a smooth check-in process. Additionally, the hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The lack of bellman or valet service was a major inconvenience, especially for someone with a disability. Having to carry luggage and walk a long distance from the casino entrance to the hotel was a challenge.

I had a great time at Harrah's Joliet Casino and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is situated conveniently for those coming from southern suburbs. However, the nearest convenience store is over a mile away, making it a bit inconvenient. But there is a little shop on-site for guests to buy essentials. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable furniture. The bathroom is also spacious and clean with plenty of hot water.

The food was not as appetizing as expected.

The grill offered good food. Other restaurants were closed. Not as good as Las Vegas. Clean hotel with comfy beds. Friendly staff. Close to theater. Small casino, but won money.
