the breakfast was absolutely terrible, only 2 dishes and nowhere to sit. Also, the ironing was confusing. I searched for instructions that weren’t there. you woudl think for my trouble, they might offer an upgrade or something special, but no, nothing. who would have thought at a hotel with such high expectations we'd get treated like this?

I had an amazing stay with comfy rooms and a fantastic free breakfast that really hit the spot. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a long day, with options for both a soak and a massage. The only hiccup was a minor cleanliness issue with the towels that didn't ruin my overall experience, so I'd definitely suggest checking those before using them! 😊

friendly dh naissance hotel by mindrum group is in a great spot, just a short walk to the 6011 bus to incheon airport and line 4 metro line. the big, comfy rooms were always clean, and the free breakfasts were delicious. i especially appreciated the staff giving us a fantastic tour around the city that showed us hidden local gems!

My family and I had an amazing experience here,, especially when the general manager took us on a fantastic walking tour around the area. He even helped us take family photos, which was such a nice touch, making us feel like we were at home and not just guests.

It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly,, we felt it was worth it for the service and the experience we had.
