I recently stayed at a hotel in Seoul and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Friendly Dh Naissance Hotel By Mindrum Group, especially Charles and MJ, were incredibly helpful. I was truly impressed by their dedication and support. The location of the hotel is also a major plus. It is situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to nice restaurants, convenient stores, and subway stations. This made exploring the city and visiting popular attractions like Dongdaemun and Gyeongbokgung very convenient. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location was perfect - right in the heart of a bustling market area with tons of things to do. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always there to answer any questions we had. And the best part? The complimentary wireless Internet access! We were able to stay connected and share all of our epic adventures with our friends back home.

The only thing we would've asked for is a better party scene at the hotel. While the location was great for exploring the city, it would've been awesome to have some fun activities or events geared towards young party-goers like us.

As a family with children, we loved the spacious rooms and the fact that the windows could open. The staff was incredibly accommodating and spoke perfect English. The hotel had a friendly B&B atmosphere with hotel amenities. The surrounding area was vibrant with plenty of restaurants and bars, perfect for an evening out. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro station and nearby Bukhansan National Park. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious. it was a gem of a hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is tucked away in an alley, which gives it a cozy and local neighborhood feel. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and the highlight for me was the Jacuzzi in the room. It was a nice touch to have electric beds for added comfort. a comfortable stay with attention to detail and a delicious breakfast.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the subway station and conveniently situated in a lively university area with many restaurants, shops, and convenient stores. It's also just a couple of feet away from Station 418 Sungshin Women's University and very close to the bus station. The room is clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, and they provide free water everyday.

The breakfast timing of 7-8:50am is not convenient for those who are not early risers.

The manager on duty, Joseph, was friendly and made for a great start to my holiday. The spa tub and adjustable bed were appreciated. They went above and beyond to accommodate my allergies, providing different sheets and pillows and even storing the birthday cake I brought in their fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the large bathtub that comfortably fit two people. The location was convenient, with the subway, airport shuttle bus, and city bus station nearby, as well as a market with various shops and food options.

As foreign tourists, we were really satisfied with the facilities of the room. The super-sized TV, two computers, super big room, articulated bed, huge bathtub, and amazing cloth steamer made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The lack of power outlets near the bed. It would have been handy to charge our devices while in bed.
