I was truly impressed by their dedication and support. the location of the hotel is also a major plus. It is situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to nice restaurants, convenient stores, and subway stations. This made exploring the city and visiting popular attractions like Dongdaemun and Gyeongbokgung very convenient. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

As a family with children, we loved the spacious rooms and the fact that the windows could open. The staff was incredibly accommodating and spoke perfect English. The hotel had a friendly B&B atmosphere with hotel amenities. The surrounding area was vibrant with plenty of restaurants and bars, perfect for an evening out. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro station and nearby Bukhansan National Park. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious. it was a gem of a hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

It's also just a couple of feet away from Station 418 Sungshin Women's University and very close to the bus station. The room is clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, and they provide free water everyday.

The breakfast timing of 7-8:50am is not convenient for those who are not early risers.

They went above and beyond to accommodate my allergies, providing different sheets and pillows and even storing the birthday cake I brought in their fridge. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the large bathtub that comfortably fit two people. the location was convenient, with the subway, airport shuttle bus, and city bus station nearby, as well as a market with various shops and food options.

As foreign tourists, we were really satisfied with the facilities of the room. The super-sized TV, two computers, super big room, articulated bed, huge bathtub, and amazing cloth steamer made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
