The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, with lots of shopping centers and attractions nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and organized.

The pool was also a hit with the family. Parking was free, and there was even a cupcake store nearby.

The breakfast service was inefficient, with understaffed and slow service. the cleaning staff was also inefficient, as we had to request fresh towels and garbage bags daily.

The hotel is in a perfect location with shops, restaurants, and a Barnes and Noble nearby. It's only 20 minutes away from the beach and the AC in the room was good. The snack and drink area is open 24/7. The bed and sheets were comfortable and the fridge kept drinks cold.

This hotel is nicely located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The convenience of being able to explore the city attractions on foot is a major plus. The hotel staff provides great service and the basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory. The water pressure in the showers is fabulous.

Parking can be tricky.

This hotel is situated in a great location, right in the center of everything. We enjoyed exploring the local area and found plenty of things to do. The staff were fantastic and incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room had a great king-sized bed which was really comfortable and the whirlpool was a lovely addition to our stay. It was definitely worth paying a little extra for!

We were in town for a convention and chose the hotel due to its convenient location. It was a short 12-minute drive to the convention center. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and when we needed a light bulb replaced, maintenance responded promptly. The staff was friendly and made an effort to accommodate our party size. The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive away. we had a pleasant stay at Hilton Garden.

During my stay at Hilton Garden, I had an exceptional experience with the hotel's responsiveness to unforeseen circumstances. When a hurricane disrupted our plans, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our extended stay. The service in the restaurant area was outstanding, despite the hotel being fully booked. Even in challenging situations, the staff remained remarkable and should be recognized for their hard work. I highly recommend this hotel.
