My wife and I enjoyed a splendid stay from 2023-10-13 to 2023-10-15. Bryce at the front desk was incredible, offering help throughout our visit. Tamera provided excellent service at breakfast. Darius and Haszel excelled at the grill, making my wife's birthday special with apple pie. Cleanliness and attentiveness stood out during our time here.

The King Room with Whirlpool was set up with all the expected amenities, including a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, making it convenient after a long day. The location is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shopping options, perfect for unwinding after business or leisure activities.

Hot water was a no-show during my stay, which was a major letdown considering I booked the whirlpool tub for a warm soak. The heating in the lobby made it uncomfortable, and the pantry was short on bottled water—both free and for sale. Key cards were overly sensitive to my phone, and I'd have to keep getting them remade. The breakfast selection was sparse on Monday morning, lacking basic items like eggs while the fireplace wasn’t operational, creating a less inviting entrance. Plus, the pool area could use some updates, and the hot tub floor was unpleasant to walk on.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with free parking available nearby and friendly staff providing attentive service at breakfast, making it a solid choice for those looking to explore local dining and shopping options.

However, the breakfast offerings were overpriced for what was available, leading to a disappointing start to the day.

Convenient location for events and activities.

During my stay, the hotel hallway floor was littered the entire time, which gave a poor impression of cleanliness. I also found it frustrating that housekeeping was only available upon request. I would have preferred regular service. Additionally, the coffee stand in the lobby was not clean and lacked sufficient supplies, making mornings less enjoyable.

The location was lekker with loads of food and shopping options nearby. The bed was flippen comfy, and I really appreciated the complimentary brekkie and water upon arrival. Chommie at reception was sharp-sharp!

However, the jacuzzi was broken for ages which was a bit of a letdown.
