Great location, but needs some TLC

Loved the comfy bed and the cool lobby lounge. Super helpful staff and the breakfast was solid, too. Convenient spot, walkable to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the room was kinda dusty and had a musty smell. The closet setup was awkward with no hangers, and it felt a bit run down overall.

This was perfect for my transit stay, as it meant a quick and easy journey to catch my next flight. the hotel's commitment to exceptional service was evident in the various recreational opportunities available, offering me a chance to unwind before continuing my journey.

However, the room was rundown, smaller, and noisy for the price paid, with no air and limited daylight due to a small window and the AC set to 70 degrees. The hotel was not well maintained, and the hot tub was closed due to a leak in the ceiling.

The pool area, located in a dark and awkward section of the hotel, was not inviting and enjoyable, which detracted from the overall leisure experience.

I keep returning for weekends at this perfect place. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and fitness studio make it ideal. The staff really helped on my first stay. Can't wait to be back!

My family and I recently stayed at The Arcadian in Brookline for a week. The newly renovated design and furnishings were beautiful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The friendly and helpful desk staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for both visiting family and exploring Boston, with a T stop right outside the hotel. It only took us about 15 minutes to reach the public garden and we could easily walk to Coolidge Corner for anything we needed. The lobby was comfortable and the facilities in the room, like the kettle, coffee maker, and fridge, were convenient. a great stay!

I felt like a VIP enjoying the 550-575 square foot two-room suite with a view of the bustling streets below. The Lavazza coffee maker made me feel like a barista, crafting my own perfect cup each morning. The modern design and attentive service made my stay unforgettable.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the hospital and the Museum of arts and also not far from downtown. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and the complimentary water bottle was a nice touch.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Aggnis Arena and the China district where we enjoyed some delicious food. It was also convenient to use public transportation to easily get around. The hotel itself was very pretty with lots of seating areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing us with excellent service. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a great start to our day.
