what a tragedy! the elevators were slow, and the attitude of the front desk staff was abysmal. they acted like it wasn’t their problem. also, the pool is absolutely too small for a fancy hotel. i thought a welcome gift would be provided, but i guess special treatment just isn't on the menu here.

Stunning views of the marina from the 22nd floor. The beach is just a short walk away. The sofa bed was a bit squeaky and could be more comfortable. Parking is $28 per day, but nearby options are available.

Noise from surrounding areas can be quite bothersome!!! Slow elevator service needs to improve to avoid long waits!!! Rooms show noticeable wear and tear, including sticky balcony doors and inadequate housekeeping refills!!! Parking issues are a hassle during peak times!!!

Rooms are a bit dated, but the location is sweet as! Staff were friendly and the pool was nice enough. Views from the balcony were a highlight, chur!

The spacious king room with an ocean view was unbeatable, and the ice cream and nacho vouchers were a nice touch!

Had a memorable stay where the staff really elevated our experience. The front desk guy, Mark, pulled through big time, hooking us up with a sweet last-minute deal on an oceanfront room and even sent a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! !

It was just a fine choice for a short stayover in Honolulu with outstanding value. The corner condo had great views that made our mornings special. Check if your room has any maintenance issues before settling in.

Staying at this hotel was a treat, with its close proximity to epic aloha and just a short stroll to waikiki beach walk, making our city explorations super enjoyable. the condo was quiet and beautifully decorated, perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing.
