My stay at Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu was absolutely fantastic! The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Shibuya. The famous Shibuya Crossing was just a short walk away, and I could easily explore the city from this central spot. The views from my room were breathtaking, overlooking the vibrant streets of Shibuya. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-designed, providing a high level of comfort and cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for both work and staying connected with loved ones. The airport limousine bus service offered convenient access for my departure. Although there were a couple of minor setbacks during my stay, including a slight confusion with the airport bus instructions and an expensive breakfast option, these did not overshadow the overall amazing experience. With its sensational location, stunning views, and exceptional comfort, I highly recommend Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu for anyone visiting Tokyo. I was delighted with my stay and would choose this hotel again whenever I return to the city.

With its prime location right on top of the train station and overlooking Shibuya Crossing, this hotel is perfect for exploring Shibuya. It is easily accessible from both Haneda and Narita airports by one-way transfers. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering great views of the bustling city. The staff provides excellent service and the surrounding area is filled with shopping and dining options.

There is no gym facility available at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and the hustle and bustle of the city right at your doorstep. It was also very convenient to have a direct line to the train station and a mall underneath the hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating.

That the rooms were quite small, especially for taller individuals or those with large luggage. Another drawback was the lack of a breakfast buffet, which was not mentioned beforehand.

Excellent location, just across Shibuya Station with easy access to public transportation. Plenty of dining and shopping options in Shibuya Mark City, located above the hotel. Spacious room with 3 single beds and separate toilet from the bathroom. Convenient amenities like a washing machine and dryer on the floor.

We couldn't have asked for a better location, right on top of Shibuya, overlooking the insanely busy Shibuya Crossing and across the road from Shibuya Station. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a viewing window and glass elevators offering stunning views of Shibuya. The staff were always ready to help and the atmosphere was very friendly. The hotel was clean and well located, making it easy for us to get anywhere in this city.

We loved the location, right at the top of Mark City with plenty of eateries. The Shibuya station below the hotel made traveling around the city a breeze. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing detailed explanations and prompt responses to our messages before the trip. We also enjoyed the amazing spot near the elevator to observe the famous Shibuya Crossing.
