south beach inn was absolutely amazing. the staff was wonderful and accommodating, making our romantic stay even more special. the beach toys for our 4-year-old were a hit, and the clean room with a full kitchen was perfect for us. we'll definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful time at South Beach Inn. Our stay was for 5 nights, and we enjoyed direct beach access. It felt like our own private beach, with very few people around. Despite not being as well cleaned as public beaches, it was still enjoyable. The new bedding and well-equipped kitchenette, including an oven, stove, microwave, fridge. We were even able to bake a birthday cake using our own mixing bowls and cake pans. The motel had plenty of plates and bowls, and the small table in the kitchen area looked fairly new.

We loved the South Beach Inn! They had everything we needed for our family, including free chairs, toys, and surf tables. The ambiance was cool and relaxing, and the barbecue in the garden, in front of the beach, was wonderful. We especially enjoyed eating outside in front of the beach every day. The staff, especially the man at reception, were awesome. They were quick to fulfill our requests for clean towels, coffee, and even changed the gas for the barbecue within minutes. We had a perfect stay and will definitely be returning.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. the yard outside was a great addition, making it feel like a home away from home. Plus, being able to bring our dog along was a huge bonus. the location was perfect, with everything needed for the beach provided and waking up to the ocean right in front of us was simply amazing!

It would have been helpful to have 24-hour front desk service, as we encountered a few issues during our stay that could have been easily resolved with immediate assistance. the parking area was limited, causing a bit of inconvenience when trying to find a spot.

I recently stayed at South Beach Inn for a relaxing weekend getaway and couldn't have been happier. The general manager went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, and the cozy studio-style room was just right for me and my kids. We loved the free use of surfboards, corn hole, and horse shoes, and there were plenty of spots on the property to relax and unwind. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to downtown Cocoa. a great experience that I can't wait to repeat with my family.

I was pleasantly surprised by South Beach Inn! The room was more than just a room, it felt like a cozy apartment with a partition wall and a full-size kitchen. I loved sipping my coffee on the balcony while watching the surfers catch waves. The beach was just steps away, making it perfect for beach lovers like me. The decor had a cute and beachy vibe, adding to the overall atmosphere. The value for money was excellent, and the location was quiet yet conveniently close to everything.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The spray area to wash off the sand could have been improved, as it was just a hose with a nozzle.
