Location is great, close to downtown restaurants and parking was not a problem. the staff was very friendly and the rooms were modern and clean. Wi-Fi signal was decent.

The internet was not private and had security issues, couldn't connect properly. the breakfast option I paid for promised pancakes or waffles, but we didn't get any.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It's right in the center of a beautiful historic downtown with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Additionally, it's conveniently close to basic restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service. They were welcoming and attentive to detail, ensuring that everything was taken care of. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with basic amenities and even laundry facilities for washing clothes. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of options available.

Everything was fine and there's really nothing to complain about.

Spacious rooms with soft beds. Cute town undergoing renovation, easy to walk around. Great location in walking distance of many places.

The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a safe and comfortable environment. The staff at Hyatt Place Sumter was incredibly friendly and well-organized. The hotel itself was beautiful, with well-maintained rooms and extra pillows and blankets. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the housekeepers on the 2nd floor were helpful and kind.

While the hotel overall offered a fair accommodation, there were a few drawbacks. The walls were thin, making the noises from neighboring rooms quite noticeable.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in downtown and had a wonderful experience. The town itself is charming and undergoing a renovation, making it a great place to explore on foot. The staff was incredibly gracious and helpful, and the interior design of the hotel was top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, the housekeeping staff paid attention to detail, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Despite a small inconvenience with the entrance, my stay was fantastic.
