I had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. I could easily walk to many attractions and there was a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I also enjoyed the beautiful city view from my window. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the excellent location and quality service made my stay here truly enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown Miami. It was within walking distance of the Miami Heat arena, Bayside, and a variety of dining options. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was very good and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a nice view.

I stayed at Hilton Downtown for a weekend getaway. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lunch we ordered through room service was delicious, with fresh salad and perfectly grilled shrimp and Mahi Mahi. The pool, though small, was nice, and the lobby was well-maintained. it was a great experience and we would definitely stay again in the future.

The view from our 20th floor room was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with a box of chocolates for my friend's birthday. The bar area was nice and the pool had an awesome view. Would love to stay again!

On the bright side, the location of this hotel was great. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and nightlife. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and even a beautiful park nearby. Another positive was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, with everything from bacon and eggs to fresh fruits and pastries. It was a nice way to start the day. However, I can't say that it made up for the lackluster service we experienced.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff was not very friendly or attentive and seemed like they couldn't be bothered to help us. We had a problem with our room and when we called down to the front desk, they took forever to respond and didn't seem to care about resolving the issue. It really put a damper on our city break.
