Despite the inconveniences with parking and unfriendly staff, I found the Hilton to have a clean and modern elevator system that was convenient for my needs. The bar staff and lobby were pleasant, though the rooms could benefit from upgrades and additional amenities for the price.

The views from my room at Hilton Miami Downtown were absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful Biscayne Bay. The ambiance of the room was modern and stylish, with large windows that filled the room with natural light. the poolside lunch was delightful, and I particularly enjoyed sipping on a frozen cocktail while soaking in the Miami sunshine. The thoughtful amenities in the 24-hour gym, such as the filtered water dispenser and disposable headphones, made my workout experience incredibly convenient and enjoyable. the contemporary and business-friendly features of the room, paired with the picturesque views and attentive service, made for a memorable stay.

It would be beneficial if the hotel could start offering PCR testing for guests who are traveling back home, as it can be quite challenging to arrange a test as a non-citizen.

The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the service was excellent. the location was ideal, centrally located but away from the hustle and bustle. the hotel had a pleasant aroma throughout, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

To improve the overall guest experience, the hotel could focus on enhancing the room facilities. Some rooms had issues with poor lighting, jammed doors, and wear and tear in the bathroom.

The hotel offers easy access to meetings and events in the city, as well as a comfortable stay for those embarking on cruises. The staff's exceptional service and the overall experience make it a reliable choice for Hilton patrons.

The lack of a dedicated business center with comprehensive services, such as printing and office supplies, was the only thing I missed for my work needs during my stay.

The room offered breathtaking views of the cruise port and city lights, making our stay truly memorable. However, the need for room upgrades and improvements in cleanliness and maintenance were evident throughout our visit.

The hotel's elegant decor and cozy seating areas made me feel right at home. As a senior, I appreciated the spacious and well-lit common areas, which were easily accessible for me to navigate. The beautiful decorations and comfortable seating made it a delightful place to relax and socialize with other guests.

I wish the children of the staff were more mindful of ensuring quieter areas for seniors to relax in.

Had a fantastic stay at a hotel nearby Publix. LOVED the delicious breakfast options. the staff was so friendly! Would definitely choose again. the rooms were even better than in photos.

I could easily walk to many attractions and there was a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I also enjoyed the beautiful city view from my window. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the excellent location and quality service made my stay here truly enjoyable.

Great pre-cruise stay at Hilton Miami Downtown! Loved the bay view suite, easy check-in with the Hilton app. Only downsides were the persistent homeless presence outside and long wait for elevators. a decent stay with excellent service. Would return for the convenient location and friendly staff.

The value for money was great! The room was clean and had good facilities. The location was convenient, right beside the bus station and free monorail. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

Hilton Downtown offers a comfortable room with great amenities. the pool area and views are fantastic. Valet parking is efficient, and the bar serves excellent food and drinks.

The hotel staff was fantastic, always ready to help out, and the rooms were spacious with a killer view and a mighty fine aircon. The whole place was wheelchair-friendly, plus they had cool spots like the rooftop pool, a bar, a restaurant, and even a gift shop close by. I did get a bit confused at first with the check-in process, but nothing major that put a damper on the awesome experience. 🌟
