I stayed at Burrstone Inn for the Boilermaker 15k and the location was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was really good, and I appreciated the $20 off 1st night breakfast discount. They also accommodated my request to switch to a room with double beds and a rollaway, and they promptly helped me change my card and find a lost charger. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely use this hotel again as my little getaway spot.

We had a great stay at Burrstone Inn! the hotel was spotlessly clean and even my pet peeve of a clean bathroom was met. the staff went above and beyond when my key didn't work, quickly providing me with a new one. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced, and the location was wonderfully quiet. the staff, including John and Dan, were top-notch and always helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the peaceful escape it provided from our hectic lifestyle. Special shoutout to John the cook for his hospitable hot breakfast preparation!

The hotel was surprisingly quiet, and the breakfast had a nice variety. We also enjoyed the beer garden and other amenities. We left a list of items we needed refreshed on our door and they were promptly delivered. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we return to the area.

I stayed at the Burrstone Inn for one night while traveling from Niagara Falls to Boston. The room was spacious with a fantastic super king size bed, sofa, and table. It felt like a mini suite and was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and the fact that I could get my laundry done. The checkout time was also convenient, allowing me to relax without rushing.

The location was perfect for us, as it was very close to Saranac Brewery, where we attended a concert. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of options and a waffle maker that made delicious waffles. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
