The showers had only tepid water and there was no hot water available.

I recently stayed at Hilton on St. Charles Avenue for a weekend getaway. The staff was excellent and the location was perfect, within walking distance of the French Quarter and Riverfront. The on-site restaurant, Luke, had a great happy hour and the food and vibe were fantastic. The lobby was nice, the rooms were clean and of average size, and the rate per night was excellent. Valet parking was quick and efficient. a great option for budget travel with the added bonus of a fabulous restaurant next door.

We really liked the location of the hotel, as it was close enough to walk to the French Quarter. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it felt clean. The staff were excellent on our first night, especially when we had noisy neighbors throwing a house party next door. They immediately took action and shut it down, which was very impressive. The bed was comfortable - not too firm, not too soft. The room itself was attractive and well-decorated, and the hotel as a whole had a tasteful decor. The valet staff were efficient and quick with the check-in and check-out process. The breakfast provided was good and convenient, and the doormen were incredibly helpful.

We felt right at home in this hotel, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. I was impressed with the wide range of facilities, including the swimming pool and spa. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay here.

Helpful staff showed multiple room options, stored our luggage for free. Executive lounge staff was kind. Comfy bed, spacious room. Excellent hot shower. Nice stay, despite lots of walking. Trash can thickness not an issue. 10/10 rating.

The room decor could use an update but the bed was comfy. The location is a short walk from Bourbon Street. A few homeless people were seen nearby.

The Hilton St. Charles was a great location for exploring the city, and my Executive Level Room was spacious and well-appointed. The hotel's historic features were a lovely touch.

This hotel is in a great location near Canal Street and walking distance to many attractions in the downtown area. The rooms are comfortable and come with a great view and even a sofa. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate on the executive level lounge is a convenient and tasty option.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything downtown from restaurants like Luke's Restaurant to the helpful "Customer Support" center. The spacious room had excellent bathroom amenities, and the service was lovely. The breakfast was amazing! The view of the city was breathtaking.

I had the best hotel stay on my cross country trip. The night manager who checked us in was amazing. The hotel was nice and our room was clean. We were within walking distance to the trolley and to Canal St. The location was also close to everything in the French Quarter and convenient to the Aquarium. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, like laying your head on a cloud. The breakfast in the mornings was also a highlight of our stay.
