Despite our delayed flight, the staff was very understanding and even allowed us to check out an hour later so we could catch up on some rest. We stayed at this hotel on our way to Havasu Falls and it was only a 45-minute drive to the trailhead. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The breakfast included was decent. The location is convenient if you're interested in visiting Grand Canyon West and the Skywalk. a nice place to stay in a small town.
