Great staff, nice location

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Melissa really stood out with her awesome customer service. I felt valued the whole time. The shuttle service to the airport was a huge plus too. Just wished the place didn’t smell like stale cigarettes when you walk in, kinda off-putting. Otherwise, solid experience.

As a light sleeper, I was impressed by the quietness of the rooms at this hotel. I couldn't hear any noises from nearby planes or the air conditioning unit. It made for a peaceful and restful night's sleep.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Romana, the housekeeper. The restaurant downstairs also provided excellent service. The poolside patio was a great addition to our spacious and comfortable room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with amazing beds and pillows. The 24-hour airport shuttle was convenient, and the driver even made an extra trip for us when we just missed the scheduled shuttle. The food at the grill was delicious, and the staff was friendly enough to take a great picture of us.

I had a great stay at Hilton Phoenix Airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from check-in to checkout. The lobby had a warm and inviting atmosphere with pleasant background music. My room, which overlooked the pool, was comfortable, quiet, and clean. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I could relax and take in the view. The beds were comfortable and the mini fridge and coffee maker were convenient amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
