I recently had the pleasure of staying at a renowned hotel in the heart of the Eternal City. My experience at the Hassler Roma exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like an old friend, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even surprised my wife with a thoughtful birthday gift. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, from pronouncing my name correctly to the little stool by the table for my wife's purse. The special furniture and decoration added a touch of elegance, and the presence of a pianist in the evenings created a captivating ambiance. The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the breathtaking sunset views from the terrace. I had an amazing view from my room at Hassler Roma, overlooking the beautiful garden area. The room itself was extremely comfortable and made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. I also received excellent service from the hotel staff throughout my stay.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel special and attended to all of our needs. the service was top-notch and we felt like VIPs throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located near all the key attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. We loved being able to walk to all the main sights and save time on transportation. Lastly, the quality of the rooms was outstanding. They were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't enjoy during our time at the hotel. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par.

the hotel staff were friendly and provided good customer service. They were always willing to assist and answer any questions I had. Furthermore, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast spread with a variety of options to choose from. This was a great way to start my day before heading out for meetings. these aspects added some value to my business trip experience.

Despite the hotel being in a convenient location with easy access to key attractions and transportation, there were some aspects that I did not enjoy during my stay. the room I was assigned had a musty smell, which was quite unpleasant.

We were able to walk to the Spanish Steps, the Vatican, and many other famous landmarks. the view from our room was also breathtaking, with stunning views of the cityscape. One major issue we encountered during our Christmas stay at this hotel was the plumbing. We experienced a complete lack of hot water for part of our stay, which was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at a grand hotel in a top location. From check-in to check-out, the staff at Hassler went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. They knew my name and paid attention to every detail. The room I was upgraded to had exactly the features I had requested, including a small balcony and a huge bathroom. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. The breakfast waitress even noticed that I didn't eat much and only charged me for one person's breakfast. Talk about attentiveness! The highlight of my stay was enjoying the breathtaking sunset over Rome on the hotel's exclusive 7th-floor terrace. It was simply spectacular. The only drawbacks were that the rooms felt a bit tired and dated, especially the bathroom, and the breakfast options could be improved. Despite these minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel for its charm, outstanding service, and unbeatable location.

The level of service by all the staff at Hassler Roma was simply the best. The bell and concierge staff were very courteous and helpful, and housekeeping was excellent. The bathroom was lovely and the terrace view and staff were top-notch. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

They made our stay even more enjoyable. the event on Christmas Eve was impressive and added a special touch to the festivities. It was also refreshing to know that the hotel is still family owned and run.

One downside was that during our stay, there was a temporary issue with the hot water in our clean junior suite. However, the front desk handled the situation excellently and provided us with a fair discount upon departure.
