We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary crib for our 6-month-old, and the hotel even offered us free breakfast for the entire duration of our stay. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the separate room. The room was very clean and we had easy access to public transportation. The hotel's location was convenient, close to Universal Studios and the mall. The AC in the room worked well and parking was good. a great stay!

The room view was amazing, we had a clear and beautiful view of the surrounding area. the hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located near shopping areas and restaurants. Another great aspect was the well-equipped gym, which allowed us to stay active and fit during our stay.

The room furnishings were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. We were initially given a room on the lower floor with no view, but after requesting a change, we were able to get a room on a higher floor with a stunning view.
