Beautiful room, upgraded to junior suite, excellent food at Providence restaurant, Rieger gin at The Drum Room Lounge, considerate staff.

Nothing to fault.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of the action. the building's historic preservation was impressive, adding a touch of elegance to the overall experience.

There were a few disappointing elements during my stay. the lack of attention to detail in housekeeping was evident, with unrefreshed bed linens and a moldy soap holder.

The lobby was gorgeous. Architectural era. Friendly staff. Valet parking service was extremely fast. Wonderful location. Clean rooms. Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds.

Everything great.

The room was clean and well-maintained. We were impressed with the quick response from the engineering staff when we had issues with the thermostat. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the restoration work was magnificent. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options including made-to-order omelets. Beautiful room upgrade, delicious dinner at Providence restaurant, and great drinks at The Drum Room Lounge with local gin. Convenient location for Sprint Center concert.

The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating, providing us with vouchers for free entry into the Power & Light district and bars within it. The hotel is conveniently located just one block away from the district. Additionally, there is a Starbucks on the first floor near the lobby.

Felt spoilt, no complaints.

Not obvious to find.

This hotel is a great value for money, with modern rooms and great decor that have comfortable beds and large bathrooms with a tub. It is conveniently located outside of the city center, in a revitalized downtown where you can find many great restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and provides basic amenities like breakfast.

All aspects of this hotel were ok.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city and close to exceptional restaurants and public transportation. Guests can easily walk to popular attractions like the Big 12 Basketball tournament and the exciting entertainment district.
