All was okay.

I had a great weekend getaway at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and professional, giving us excellent recommendations for dining nearby. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to major highways. Another advantage was the thoughtful anniversary gift of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries that the staff sent up to our room.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the room looked a bit dated, and the bed frame squeaked loudly whenever we moved, which made for some interrupted sleep.

The staff at the front desk were prompt and efficient, which was greatly appreciated. They kept things moving and I didn't have to wait in line for a long time. Also, the room I stayed in was nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed.

There were a couple of downsides. the floor in our room was sticky and in need of a good mopping.

We stayed at Wyndham Garden for SXSW and had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful, the bed and pillow were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were always clean. The bar and restaurant offered good food, and we also appreciated the convenience of a coffee shop on-site. The customer service was outstanding, especially when we arrived late due to a weather delay and overslept the next morning. The front desk team called our room to make sure we didn't miss our shuttle to the airport. Thank you for the amazing service!
