great location and comfy space

Super close to shopping and restaurants, which was a huge plus! The room was spacious, and we loved having two bathrooms in our suite. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome, too. Just had some issues with the wifi being weak and the carpets could really use a cleaning. it’s a good spot for exploring the area!

Love the clean room, hot tub, pool, and pet-friendly policy. Also, great proximity to shopping center and restaurants.

The fireplace in the room was a great addition to our stay, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

There were a couple of maintenance issues in the room, including a missing overhead light and a TV with no picture. the hotel staff could benefit from better training, as some appeared unfriendly and lacking in customer service skills.

I loved the location of this place as it was close to the shopping centre and near all the tourist sites. The room amenities were great with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The leisure spa & wellness centre was amazing with an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa facilities. The staff was very helpful upon request due to short staffing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were well-kept and clean, with a modern decor. The large comfortable bed and feature gas fireplace made for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities were great, including a large shared patio connected to our room through the back door. Despite being close to a shopping plaza, the noise was minimal. The location was convenient, as it was across the mall and a short drive from the waterfront. The to-go breakfast in a bag was delicious and satisfying. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The garage parking was a nice feature, allowing both my son and daughter to park their cars overnight.

We booked this family suite for a mother-daughter girls' trip and really liked the room! It was close to shopping and restaurants, and the staff was really nice. The room was fantastic, with comfortable beds, plantation shutters, and beautiful artwork. It was spotless and had great toiletries, plus a thoughtful package with a cotton swab and hair tie. The pool area was relaxing, and the chaise lounge was so comfortable, even during a heatwave. The in-room coffee was also very good. The location was great, with nearby convenience stores and restaurants, and just a short drive from Fisherman's Wharf.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a good shower and a comfy bed in our room. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was pet-friendly, which was a bonus for us. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially when we needed a replacement hair dryer for our room. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with updated fixtures and a modern aesthetic. In terms of transportation, the hotel was in a good location, making it easy for us to explore all the popular sites in this city.

The room was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for a Christmas getaway. the bed was comfortable and the linen was of high quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hot water in the bathroom was also perfect, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable shower.

One aspect that could be improved is the entrance alley, it could be brighter and have a clearer direction sign for the office. the walkway in front of the rooms also looked a bit old and could benefit from some fresh paint to make it more appealing.

The location was perfect for us, as it was in close proximity to a mall, an attraction, and not too far from the center of the city. After a long day of driving, we were happy to find a common area where we could kick back and relax. The continental breakfast was decent, but nothing extraordinary.

The room we were given did not have the best view.

Great value, perfect layout for families, stylish decor, good location next to mall and Whole Foods, clean and comfortable amenities.
