comfy stay with a few quirks

The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were really clean and spacious. Loved the free breakfast and the comfy beds – slept like a log! Just a heads up, valet parking is the only option and kinda pricey, plus some amenities were down for reno. Definitely worth considering for a chill stay!

Located in a prime spot near Bricktown, making it convenient to explore bars, restaurants, and parks. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Check, out was a bit of a hassle, taking longer than expected and resulting in some confusion with the billing. This led to unexpected overdraft fees, which was a frustrating experience.

I love staying here. They helped me with bug spray once. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, indoor pool, game room, flat-screen TV. I'm coming back for the weekend.

During our stay at Bricktown, we were thrilled with the plethora of entertainment options within walking distance. The area boasts fantastic music venues like the historic Criterion, where we enjoyed live performances, as well as the Warehouse, offering a vibrant, local music scene. Additionally, we found family-friendly activities at the Zoo Amphitheatre, creating fun memories for our little ones.

In my wife's opinion, a dedicated kids' play area within the hotel would be a great addition for families with children.

This hotel has an impressive location close to the downtown and Bricktown, which makes it easy to walk to most of the attractions like the OC Memorial. The room had all basic amenities and a shower, which was soothing to use. The staff was courteous, and the prices were reasonable. Plus, the breakfast for 9.95 was a steal.

We were in town for a concert at the Criterion, so it was very convenient. The photo showed a different view, but the west-east view from our room was still great. The hotel was new with modern decor and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The wheelchair accessibility in our room was amazing. The roll-in shower had lowered faucet/handheld hose, the toilet had grab bars and the room had wide doors. The bed was soft and at the perfect wheelchair height. The desk was accessible and there were lowered towel shelves and hooks. The pool had a lift and there were plenty of handicapped parking spots. The front desk was friendly and knowledgeable and the grab-and-go breakfast was convenient.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful family trip and stayed at Hyatt Place in Bricktown for a few nights. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved that the hotel had open fields beside it, perfect for walking our dog and enjoying the view. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to everything in Bricktown. The rooms were spacious and felt more like suites than just double bed rooms. There was a nice lobby to relax in and a cool lounge area for dining. The hotel even had an outdoor lounge with a fire pit. it was a great experience and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Mind-blowing location for party or family vacations! Super friendly staff!

Great location for exploring Bricktown, clean and spacious rooms. We were impressed by the lobby's cozy atmosphere and modern decor. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. Despite parking being a bit expensive, the private parking was convenient. highly recommended.

The value for money was excellent and the room was top-notch, with spaciousness and a separate sink area. The staff treated us like VIPs and the location was convenient.

The only thing that could make breakfast choices better is having more variety.

We had a great time here! The location was perfect; we were able to walk to memorial and enjoy all the activities in Bricktown. The service was great, with dry cleaning and housekeeping readily available. We appreciated the free wi-fi in rooms, and the garden furniture was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area.

The Hyatt Place Oklahoma City Bricktown was ideal for my stay. The well-appointed, modern guest rooms provided a comfortable seating area and a desk. The private bathroom was fitted with a bathtub, and the free toiletries and hairdryer were convenient. The location in the heart of the Bricktown Entertainment District offered a great view and easy access to the American Banjo Museum.

One room was not ready at 5 pm, and the parking fee of $15 per day was not stated beforehand. This minor inconvenience did slightly mar an otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel.

We loved being able to walk to so many cool music venues in the area, and there were tons of awesome local restaurants and bars to choose from. Plus, the Zoo Amphitheatre was just a short drive away, and we had a wild time there too.

The only thing we wished for was for the hotel to have its own on-site entertainment, like a DJ or a lounge where young party-goers like us could hang out and have even more fun during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and perfect for my needs. The location was excellent, with easy access to activities in Bricktown and downtown. I was able to walk to the memorial easily. The staff was amazing and made everything easy to understand.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
