The 7th floor room had an amazing view. The breakfast offered a variety of fruits, snacks, eggs, oatmeal, juices, and delicious coffee. The hotel provided a good level of security. The staff at the reception desk were helpful, even providing a scale for weighing baggage. The room was clean and the location was convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.

The elevator situation was very frustrating as there was only one working elevator, causing long wait times. It was also disappointing that there was no information provided on where to find the ice machines, making it difficult for guests to access ice when needed.

The pool towels were a nice touch. Room service was delicious, and the Friday night prime rib was absolutely amazing. The attentive and professional service from our waiter, Rob, was greatly appreciated.

The value for money at this recently remodeled hotel was excellent, with a comfy bed and really nice room. The location in a safe neighborhood was convenient for exploring Mount Lemon, Saguaro National Park, and downtown Tucson, all within a short drive. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider selection of choices.

We had a great stay at Hilton! The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds and pillows were fluffy and comfortable, and the breakfast hit the spot. The pool area was beautiful, especially at night, and the view from our room was gorgeous. We also enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks.
