I had a great stay at Super 8. The location was very convenient, especially for the seminar I was attending. The breakfast in the sun room was a charming touch, adding character to the hotel. The bed in my room was super comfy, and the jacuzzi tub was a heavenly treat after a long day of exploring the mountains. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. They had nice little extras like hot chocolate in the lobby. Proximity to Smoky Mountain Park was great. The hotel was also very quiet.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The surrounding businesses were also in good condition, making it a pleasant area to stay in. The hotel was conveniently located near the Harrah Cherokee Resort Event Center, where we attended a concert. We also enjoyed riding the Smoky Mountain Railroad and exploring the nearby waterfalls, shops, and eateries. It was a perfect fit for our young family.

We had a lovely romantic getaway at this hotel. the room was clean and recently renovated, providing a comfortable stay. the beds were extremely comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with a variety of restaurants nearby. We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast in a beautiful sunroom, which was a great start to the day.

There were some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, such as a sliding marble slab on the sink and cracked tiles around the jacuzzi tub. the bagged breakfast provided was underwhelming, especially considering the availability of restaurants in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was superb, and the hotel facilities, such as the pool, hot tub, and gym. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the attractions and the casino, which is a short distance away. Moreover, the staff provided exceptional customer service and professionalism, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay.

As women traveling alone, we loved the comfortable beds, convenient location, and helpful staff. The lobby and hotel had a nice atmosphere, and the bedside lamps with phone plugs were a great touch. The rooms were clean and the towels fluffy. The 24-hour coffee and breakfast room with its wake-up windows were delightful. a great experience!
