Had a great experience during our Christmas stay. We loved the stunning views from the property, especially during sunset. the Balinese-inspired decor throughout the entire property was beautiful and added to the peaceful and serene atmosphere. the location was perfect, being away from the busy tourist areas but still close enough to Lahaina Town for shopping and dining. the breakfast provided was a great way to start the day, with delicious options like homemade bread and local granola.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. the breakfast options were somewhat lackluster, especially for a longer stay.

We stayed at Ho'Oilo House for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The peaceful and well-maintained grounds provided a relaxing retreat. Dan, our host, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The location was ideal, with easy access to Lahaina via Uber. One of the highlights was the delicious and healthy breakfast with vegan options, which is a rare find in Maui. The on-site preparation of the breakfast breads was a nice touch. The balinese style architecture and design of the property made it feel like a real home away from home. The comfortable bed, beautiful garden view, and outdoor shower added to the overall enchantment of our stay.

I recently had the most incredible stay at a wonderful place on Maui. From the moment I arrived at this hidden gem, I was blown away by the stunning beauty surrounding me. The lush greenery and breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean provided the perfect backdrop for my vacation.

We experienced overwhelming peace, delicious homemade breakfasts, a relaxing and retreat-like atmosphere, respectful and knowledgeable hosts, enchanting outdoor showers.
