The hotel had a kitchenette in our room that was a great feature. We were able to save some money by cooking our meals instead of eating out every day. The parking situation was also good, with available street parking near the hotel. We never had to walk far to get to our car. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was close to many of the attractions and activities we wanted to explore during our trip.

One downside of our stay was that the neighborhood didn't feel very safe. There were a lot of transient people around, especially at night, which made us a bit uneasy.

The location offered a contrast of neighborhoods, with a quiet and picturesque area to the east, and a vibrant and up-and-coming part of Colfax to the west, perfect for finding restaurants and exploring. Parking was also manageable, and I found a spot near the hotel without much difficulty. I had a positive experience at the Holiday Chalet Victorian and would recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The charming building and decor of this hotel are impressive, making it worthwhile to stay. The rooms are spacious with sitting areas and well-stocked kitchenettes. The hotel is not in a good part of town, but it is situated near the beautiful botanical gardens and a nice neighborhood behind it.

The 3rd floor with its library and cozy reading space, complete with a piano. I couldn't believe the level of luxury and charm this hotel offers. It truly exceeded my expectations. Our romantic escape was truly unforgettable! We loved the complimentary bottle of wine and the box of chocolates that awaited us in our room. The location was perfect, with plenty of romantic restaurants and bars just a short walk away. And the view from our room was simply breathtaking!
