Got great value for my money with a comfortable room and stunning views of the mountains. The staff at this resort were exceptional, always friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We stayed at Secrets Wild Orchid for my husband's 50th birthday celebration and had an incredible time. The staff were warm and friendly, constantly checking in and ensuring our needs were met. The nightly entertainment was top-notch, showcasing great talents. The room was clean, in excellent condition, and had a sexy vibe. We loved having a pool in our backyard and enjoyed the beautiful resort grounds. The food and drinks were delicious, and we especially loved the coffee cheesecake made by the pastry chef, Renee. The 24-hour coffee station was a bonus. an amazing experience that we highly recommend.

We had a few issues during our stay, including a flooded room on the second night. Although it was cleaned up, we wish they had moved us to another room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure to check on us and fulfill our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. We were also impressed with the convenience of parking and transportation options provided. The location of this hotel, right on a beautiful beach, was simply stunning. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, and the staff serving us were always prompt and attentive.

The sales pitch for membership was lengthy and pushy. the lighting in the restaurants during dinner was too dim, making it difficult to read the menu.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and were blown away by the luxurious amenities and top-notch service. the outdoor swimming pool was pristine and the Jacuzzi was the perfect spot to relax after a day of activities. the beach access was a major plus, and we enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace with beach umbrellas provided. the entertainment was excellent, and we loved the nightly beachfront performances. In-room breakfast was a special treat, and the poolside snack bar offered delicious options. the Lobby bar served great cocktails, and the private facilities were exclusive and perfect for couples seeking privacy. the location advantages of this hotel were unbeatable, and we had an unforgettable experience.

Our only minor issue during the stay was that we had to wait too long for a massage appointment at the Spa centre. once we got the appointment, everything else was taken care of exceptionally well.

The butler service was exceptional and really took care of our every whim. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the entertainment staff was so fun and friendly. we highly recommend this resort for a fantastic vacation experience.

As a couple, we absolutely loved our stay at Secrets Wild Orchid! The location was perfect, with a beautiful pool and beach environment. The resort had excellent entertainment at night, and we especially enjoyed the variety of food at the outstanding restaurants. The relaxing atmosphere and accommodating staff, especially Joseph and Michael , made our experience even more enjoyable. The added bonus of having a casino on-site was fantastic!

The staff was outstanding, extremely professional and accommodating. Tajae, Matthew, and Sheldon made our stay amazing. The resort was clean and well-maintained. We had a fantastic room with a pool in our backyard. The variety of free activities kept us entertained- tennis lessons, snorkeling tours, and more.
