We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and perfect for our family. The staff was great, the facilities and pools were wonderful. This was our THIRD hotel of the weekend for us. The first two were horrible for unrelated reasons so it was so good to finally be here!!! Springhill Suites has won me over for good!

The room was clean, spacious, and had a pleasant scent. The location was ideal for a vacation trip, being close to all attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep after a day of exploring. The staff offered helpful information on things to do and the breakfast provided was enjoyable.

The beds were comfortable, and the room had plenty of space for our family. We also enjoyed the pool area and the nice sitting area in the room. The grab-and-go breakfast was a convenient option. Special shoutout to Cheyenne at the front desk for her exceptional service in accommodating our needs and making us feel valued.

The hotel had great facilities, including a lovely pool area that my kids absolutely loved. The rooms were spacious, perfect for my big family, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location was excellent, with plenty of options for walking around and exploring this city. The staff, especially Cheyenne at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated all of our needs.

We loved the complimentary breakfast - it saved us money and time! The room was very clean and we enjoyed the Christmas lights view. The staff, especially Kayla, was amazing and helped us out with a card issue. The hotel has great facilities, including pools with a slide. The location is very convenient to many attractions and activities in this city.

Our room at Springhill Suites was spotless and well-maintained. The extra space in the suite was perfect for our family. The staff were polite and helpful, handling the hotel's full capacity with ease. The location of the hotel was ideal for avoiding traffic on the parkway. The breakfast provided was fantastic and the staff member handling the chaos was wonderful.

We had a fantastic weekend at the hotel! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family getaway. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was also a big plus, as it was conveniently located near all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit.

The only downside was that our room had a slight smoke smell when we first arrived. Additionally, we noticed some dog hair and dandruff on the couch and floor.

Room was nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, and a separate seating area. Excellent quality TV picture and the WiFi worked great. the hotel's location on the Sevierville end of town was preferred over Gatlinburg.

Breakfast variety was not good compared to other hotels. the price was considered a rip-off, especially when compared to other nearby hotels.

We stayed at this hotel from 4/1/16 - 4/4/16 on our first trip away with our six-month-old daughter. The staff was very nice and accommodating from the moment we walked through the door. The lobby had a beautiful modern look and the rooms were impeccably clean. We always felt safe during our stay. We especially enjoyed being able to eat breakfast outside on the patio and the staff provided great information on things to do.
