The heated indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and the fitness center had solid equipment. Our room was spacious with a comfy layout, perfect for family time. Lori at the front desk made our check-in smooth and welcoming!

Felt so at home, no reason to complain.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout for my family. We enjoyed the heated indoor and outdoor pools. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was making a loud noise and caused some concern during our stay.

During my five-night stay, I found the breakfast area quite crowded, especially with some guests lingering too long, making it hard for others to find a seat. Also, I noticed that the food frequently ran out within the first hour, which was disappointing. While I enjoyed the friendly staff upon check-in, my experience with the morning person on our last day was rather off-putting, as they didn't seem very welcoming at all.

A mixed experience here. the room I stayed in was comfortable and conveniently located. I enjoyed the breakfast options, although some items lacked freshness. There's also a lack of attention to cleaning details, with several areas needing improvement. Staff friendliness varied, impacting the overall experience. Not bad, but there’s room for improvement.

We had a nice time here,, especially thanks to Akeem who helped us get extra linens and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was better than expected, just enough to fuel us for our busy days out exploring the area.

Housekeeping could use a cuppa more coffee – we didn’t get fresh glasses or coffee supplies! Let’s just say the aircon had us debating the merits of a chilly summer wardrobe!

Great for family vacations and close to attractions, but some consistency in breakfast quality would enhance the experience.

It was just a strong match for a weekend escape in Pigeon Forge with very good value for money. The breakfast staff was friendly and energetic, creating a nice atmosphere to start the day. If possible, try to get there early to avoid the crowds at breakfast.

the staff at springhill suites were super attentive and always ready to help out, especially when i needed extra towels or trash bags. breakfast was delicious with tons of choices, and i loved the heated outdoor pool with sun loungers! !

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour access, fitness center, and heated indoor pool. I remember how the staff helped me return sim cards I left behind during my first stay. Highly recommend it for your travels! I’m coming back for a business trip.

The staff's rudeness during my stay was alarming, particularly Ms. Judy, who reacted negatively to a room change request due to an unpleasant odor. She interrupted us and displayed a disrespectful attitude, which made the situation worse. On a positive note, the breakfast options included delicious dishes with rotating meats each day, and the pools were enjoyable, offering space for relaxation and fun during our visit. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed these amenities.
