I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Augusta West I-20 By Ihg. The cozy lounge next to the restaurant/bar offered late-night snacks, and the staff, particularly John at the front desk, were exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet included a wonderful array of options, featuring fresh fruits and hot dishes that were quite delicious.

Had issues with key card access.

breakfast was truly one of the highlights with delicious options that changed daily. However, we did struggle with the room’s temperature control. it seemed to fluctuate quite a bit. Despite some minor issues, the staff's warmth made a big difference.

The indoor pool was clean and provided a nice spot for relaxation during our downtime. However, we did face some inconvenience with room accessibility. the key cards often needed resetting, and it took a few tries for the bathroom door to open properly. great stay at the holiday inn! the rooms were super clean and comfy. Loved the heated indoor pool. breakfast was really good with lots of choices, even had fresh fruit! staff was really nice and helpful too, made us feel welcome.

but had issues with the room key cards not working, and the coffee could be better. also, parking was a bit cramped.

The temperature control in the rooms was inconsistent!!! Also, communication from the front desk could be clearer, as it often left me more confused than informed!!! Would appreciate better noise insulation from other guests!!!

We enjoy our stay here because the location makes it incredibly convenient for us. With easy access to gas stations and plenty of food options, we feel right at home. The room is comfortable and clean, accommodating two queen beds that create a cozy space for us to relax after a long day of exploring and visiting family nearby.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy and had everything we needed! Loved the Dove toiletries. way better than the usual stuff. The room was clean and updated. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, especially after the long drive. We enjoyed breakfast a lot too. everything from sliced strawberries to great coffee! Just a few noisy kids in the pool area, but it didn’t ruin our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved staying at this hotel with our three kids! The breakfast was outstanding, and the heated pool was a hit, especially since we had some downtime. We also enjoyed the nearby Lady Antebellum Pavilion, just a short drive away. Great spot for families!
