My trip to Hotel Haya was absolutely wonderful. I stayed for a few nights and the staff was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, with the most comfortable bed and pillows. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, especially Ybor City. The customer service was top-notch, from the helpful front desk to the friendly valet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The room at Haya was absolutely beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a fantastic view of the street from our balcony, and the front desk staff was exceptional. the three gentlemen working on Saturday night were so helpful, especially when it came to cigars. They even gave my husband a lighter and cigar clipper for his birthday. the hotel is perfectly situated on the entertainment strip, making it ideal for adults who want to experience the nightlife. the valet guys were also amazing, providing excellent teamwork and ensuring we never had to wait for our truck.

Great value for money, friendly and attentive staff and good location near restaurants and stores. The hotel rooms have a nice balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and filling, unlike some of the other places I've stayed at.

The housekeeping staff was particularly polite and understanding, making sure not to disturb me in the morning. The valet guys were also super helpful, greeting me every time I passed by. My room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool was also a nice touch, as was the sun terrace with its garden furniture. this hotel really exceeded my expectations.

This venue is definitely better suited for couples or solo travelers rather than families, but I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end experience.

The hotel was conveniently located near Tampa downtown, allowing easy access to the Riverwalk and other attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, with a helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and food could also be purchased at the on-site cafe. the hotel provided filtered water and a fountain for guests to refill their complimentary water bottles.

The size of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles provided in the room was too small.

I was pleasantly surprised by the historic location of the hotel, filled with artsy shops and good restaurants. Although the room was a bit outdated, it was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant and café offer delicious and freshly made food and great coffee. The hotel location is perfect, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and shops, making it an ideal place to stay. The free tram ride offers easy access to the Riverwalk area.

Located in a charming historical district, this hotel features a large shower and lovely pool area. The cozy cafe serves delicious breakfast sandwiches and piping hot coffee. The staff works diligently to ensure the rooms are pristine and tidy.

Valet parking doesn't accommodate motorcycles. When asked if we could park ourselves, we were denied and had to find alternative parking.
