The room we were moved to was nice, clean, and quiet. It was located in a low-traffic area of Birmingham, so we didn't have to deal with chaos and high energy. The lobby and room were both very clean. As guests with families, we appreciated the privacy, as the room was off to itself and pretty private. The young lady at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful. When the cable went out during a football game, she quickly had people come to fix it and even called our room to let us know when it was working again. She handled everything like she was the boss!
