As young families, we loved the spacious lobby and dining area with a bar for happy hour and dinner, as well as a full breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a bed that was the most comfortable we've ever slept on. The hotel's location was sunny and private, close to the freeway and main street, with plenty of amenities nearby. The pool was clean and warm, and the gym had everything we needed. the hotel had great facilities and amenities for young families.

This hotel was a great choice for my recent stay! The staff were very attentive, from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. They were always happy to help with any questions I had. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and it was also close to a mall and lots of activities to do in the area. The rooms were very functional and spacious, with two beds which were very comfortable. The breakfast was included in the rate, so that was a bonus! this hotel was excellent value for money.

The location of Holiday Inn Birmingham - Hoover was perfect for our needs. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The room we were given was spacious and clean, despite some minor stains on the furniture and carpet. We also appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a king suite on the top floor, which provided us with plenty of space to relax.

Although we encountered a minor issue with the hairdryer, the front desk promptly addressed it. They didn't have a replacement available, but they allowed us to use a hairdryer in another room, which was very accommodating.

Exceptional staff, personable and informative dining staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, accessible parking, beautiful outdoor furnishings.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect for exploring the area as it's close to restaurants and pretty much everything. The restaurant downstairs has plenty of options available too. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed like an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and heating. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sun loungers, were a great bonus.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. the value for money was fantastic. With affordable prices and breakfast included in the rate, it was a great deal. Secondly, the staff were outstanding, especially Stephanie and the team at the front desk and dining area. They were attentive, friendly, and even went the extra mile to make special pancakes for my 1-year-old. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with the added luxury of a jacuzzi and a king-sized bed. I also loved the location, as it was very central and close to the Hoover met, making it convenient for us. a wonderful experience.

The cook-to-order breakfast in the dining room was delicious, and the pillows labeled "Firm" and "Soft" made it even more comfortable. The hotel also had strong wifi in the lobby and room, which was perfect for my work needs. it was a great stay.
