As a family with kids, we loved the comfortable beds and plush pillows. The clean bathrooms and friendly staff were also a plus.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Charlotte for a quick overnight trip. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the security team. The room was clean and beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. The location was also perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and adventure activities. I was also pleasantly surprised by the great air quality in the hotel. a great stay!

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn University! The room was comfortable and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to the UNCC campus and Ikea, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The morning meal could use some improvement by offering more healthy choices.

Front desk clerk was helpful with finding a shop. Check in and out was quick. Bed and linens were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Shuttle to/from concert was an added bonus.

Nothing not too like: There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, including the elevator.

I stayed at Holiday Inn for a concert at PNC and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to solve a parking issue. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and beautiful, and the omelette at the in-hotel restaurant was delicious. I also appreciated the cold water in the fridge and the option to have a drink at the bar.

The property at Holiday Inn Charlotte University is clean and nicely organized. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of shops, restaurants, and adventure activities nearby. The air quality is excellent, which is a big plus for us as we enjoy breathing in clean air while traveling. The rooms are nice, well-lit bathrooms, and the beds are very comfy. Another great aspect is the proximity to UNCC campus and Ikea. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel as foreign tourists.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay and was impressed with the staff. the hotel has a great location with a picturesque boardwalk within walking distance. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and manager's reception. Another perk I appreciated was the nice view from the lounge on the top floor.

Although the staff was friendly, my room was not what I had booked online. the pictures on the website were outdated, and the mattress was worn out.
