We had a fantastic stay at Good Nite Inn. the tea & coffee station at reception was a nice touch, and the staff were very competent and accommodating. the location, just off motorway 101, was perfect for exploring Silicon Valley. We received a warm welcome at reception and were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a twin queen room. the room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony. the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was so quiet that we couldn't even hear the room cleaning. We appreciated the extra blankets offered by the friendly front desk staff. Free parking was also a plus. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

I loved the comfortable beds and waking up feeling well-rested. The hotel was clean and I felt comfortable taking a shower. The convenient IHOP next door offered a great discount with the room key.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was ideally clean and spacious, with a nice balcony to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great, close to restaurants and not far from the airport. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a huge plus. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location, and staff were the best aspects of my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near an IHOP, which served delicious food with friendly service. the large and clean rooms, after being renovated, were definitely a pleasant surprise. the customer service provided by Rene was exceptional, as she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and even followed up with a phone call.

The maintenance staff failed to respond promptly and I had to request an update after waiting for 45 minutes. the second room I was moved to had a smell and was not well-maintained, with another non-locking door.

As a tourist, I loved the early check-in and the free upgrade at Good Nite Inn. The location was convenient and quiet, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The pool area was a nice bonus, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and recently updated. The location was convenient with easy access to the freeway, allowing us to reach Palo Alto in just 5 minutes. The room was quiet, thanks to the bushes in front of the balcony that filtered out noise from the freeway and street traffic. The hotel also had a nice pool, which was clean and even had a disabled-access lift chair. it was a perfect choice for our needs, providing a comfortable and affordable stay near the hospital.

We stayed at Good Nite Inn for a couple of nights due to the wildfires in our hometown. The manager and front desk lady, Renee, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made our check-in process pleasant and provided helpful suggestions for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the pool. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were professional and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to downtown and easy access to the freeway. having an IHOP next door for meals was convenient.

The noise from the freeway was constant and disturbing. the WiFi connection was poor and unreliable, especially in the far-end rooms.

For the price we paid, we got great value - comfortable beds, clean linens, and a newly remodeled room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Redwood City experience, and the staff, especially Renee, were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.
