My first time staying at this hotel and I was blown away by the exceptional service. The hotel was clean and the rooms were immaculate. What really impressed me was the staff's accommodation of my prayer needs by allowing me to use the conference room. Additionally, a kind gentleman called me to inform me that I had forgotten my prayer mat.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with key attractions and amenities nearby. It was convenient to have a great breakfast option available, providing a good start to the day. Additionally, the comfortable bed made for a pleasant night's sleep.

There were some disappointing aspects to my stay. The room lacked certain essentials, such as a waste basket in areas other than the bathroom.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a convenient location near the highway were a few of the highlights of our weekend stay. The hotel staff greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival, and our rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The location close to the highway made it easy for us to access nearby attractions and activities during our visit. Additionally, the hotel had a nice outdoor pool that was a refreshing spot to relax and cool off.

We did experience a few drawbacks during our stay. First, there was noticeable highway noise from a nearby road, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

Staying outside the downtown area, we easily accessed the hotel's location, with major highways and nearby attractions. The room was spacious with lots of AC plugs and USB ports, making our stay comfortable. The bathroom had a good shower and useful toiletry shelf. The staff was friendly and the wifi was strong and free.

The breakfast prices were quite high and not included in the room charge.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with the overall experience. the location was fantastic, as it was close to the main attractions such as Monticello and downtown Charlottesville. It made exploring the area effortless. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, making me feel valued and welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities were in place, and my room was clean and well-appointed. I must say, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel. Despite being a small room, it had everything I needed and was quite cozy. The hotel was also quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

In terms of improvements, there were a few minor issues with breakfast. The toast was often burnt and not buttered, which was a disappointment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with both the hotel and rooms always being spotless. The breakfast service was unique and convenient - you could pre-order your breakfast the night before and it would be ready in to-go containers at your requested time the next morning. The quality of the food was excellent, and it was always hot and freshly made. The staff, especially Sam and Ali at the front desk, were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and accommodated. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to Monticello and Michie Tavern, which I found to be very interesting, as well as near UVA and just a few miles away from Shenandoah National Park.
