New York vibes and a lovely stay! 🗽✨

The shower pressure was flippin' strong, and waking up to complimentary coffee and pastries was such a lekker surprise. The view from our room was proper epic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It really added a personal touch to our experience.

The hotel is located in a central yet quiet area, perfect for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-designed, making my experience comfortable. The complimentary coffee, bagels, and croissants in the mornings were enjoyable perks.

The elevators can take a while to arrive during busy times.

i almost thought this place would be a dream, but the room wasn’t cleaned until after 4pm, which is just pathetic. i expected at least a complimentary upgrade given my trouble. also, why is there a balcony with no chairs? such a missed opportunity. very disappointing experience, pestana.

Our balcony room boasted incredible views of the Empire State Building, and I especially enjoyed the attentive staff who went above and beyond by holding our bags at checkout.

Quiet and comfortable rooms for restful nights.

The ventilation system in my room was incredibly loud, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there was no closet or armoire, which made organizing my belongings a hassle. I was also disappointed that the room was not cleaned by the time I returned in the late afternoon, leading to a frustrating experience overall.

The balcony room on the 26th floor provided stunning views of the Empire State Building, complemented by excellent shower pressure and delightful morning coffee options. The staff's warm welcome made our stay feel special.

This hotel was just an optimal selection for taking strolls in New York with decent value for money. I enjoyed complimentary fresh coffee in the morning that hit the spot before heading out. Make sure to check your card charges carefully when checking in.

Fab stay with amazing staff!

Just back from 4 nights in NYC! Checked in super quick thanks to Alex, who was super chill and friendly. The room had a cozy vibe. That Nespresso machine was a game changer for my caffeine fix. The only hiccup was the slow elevator during peak hours, but the convenience of being close to all the hot spots totally made up for it.

the staff was friendly and really helpful throughout our stay. the heater in our room didn't work well, so it was a bit chilly at times.

Comfortable bed and flat-screen TV were great. Wi-fi was slow at times.

Cozy stay with a view!

Just had a nice 3-night stay! Loved the comfy bed and the shower pressure was top-notch. The receptionist, Barry, was super helpful and warm. Also, the all-day coffee and snacks in the lounge were a sweet surprise. Only thing is, the elevators were a bit slow on busy days. Great spot overall!

the rooms at pestana were cleverly designed to maximize space and offer great lighting. staff were professional and welcoming, and the place was always tidy after our return. fantastic view from our room made our stay even better.

Despite the city sounds at night, the quiet atmosphere on the higher floors allowed for restful nights.

Great place to crash after a long day! The shower had a super strong pressure, felt like a revitalizing waterfall after being out in the city. Plus, they had a nifty Nespresso machine in the room, it was a much better option than those typical coffee machines you find in hotels! !

It was a bit pricey, but honestly, worth it for the location and quality.
