During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The restaurant on-site served delicious Italian food, which was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location. It was situated off I71, making it easy to access downtown Cleveland and explore the city. I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of negative aspects. Firstly, the indoor pool was a little cold, which made it less enjoyable to swim in.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Mayfield for a short holiday visit with my husband. The location was perfect, with numerous stores and restaurants nearby. Our room, although not newly renovated, was comfortable and clean. The staff, especially Sue at the front desk, was amazing - friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. We were impressed with the renovations done to the floor and our room. it was a nice and enjoyable stay.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay

I recently had a business trip to Cleveland and chose to stay at this hotel. I was truly impressed by the level of professionalism and hospitality displayed by the staff, especially the General Manager, John. He went above and beyond to provide me with credit for a previous reservation issue, which was greatly appreciated.

I was blown away by the value for money at this hotel! The little touches made a big difference - from the complimentary fruit, newspapers, and coffee in the lobby to the abundance of pillows and towels in the clean rooms. The pool being open late was a nice bonus, and the restaurant serving until 10pm was convenient. Best of all, having free coffee available 24/7 in the lobby and rooms was a real treat, especially for a budget traveler like myself!

I felt right at home at this facility, with absolutely no complaints at all.

The parking was convenient, and there was even a small strip mall nearby with various shops, a pizza place, and a fantastic middle eastern restaurant. The location in the Mayfield Village Willoughby, OH area was great, especially since it was recommended by the company I was visiting. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even better.
