The pools were nice, not too crowded, perfect for relaxing.

Arrived and had to wait over an hour for our room, which was disappointing. The kids loved the water park and mini golf, though. Staff responsiveness was a mixed bag. Felt like I bothered them when asking for help.

Staying here was great because you're just under a 5-minute drive to Disney's Animal Kingdom and surrounded by plenty of dining options, including a pizza place just a few steps away; we loved the amenities like the clean pools and fully equipped kitchen which was perfect for our family, especially with our son's allergies, but the overall experience could use some improvement in staff responsiveness.

We had a rough experience with check-in. Arriving exhausted, our room wasn’t ready for over an hour. With our young kids in tow, it was frustrating. We just wanted to relax, but the staff couldn’t seem to get it sorted quickly.

Wow, our bungalow was HUGE with a big living room that felt so inviting! Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer – perfect for cooking our own meals! The arcade was a blast, making it a family favorite and keeping everyone entertained!
