we had a great stay at mgm. the reception staff, especially isaiah, made our experience unforgettable by getting us king suites close together. the abundance of restaurants was fantastic. we also loved the extensive spa programs available, offering everything from manicures to amazing facials that left us feeling refreshed.

i would have loved to see better accessibility options for those with mobility issues.

Valet parking is convenient. The room had a nice view, and I appreciated the soft bedding. Room service for breakfast was surprisingly tasty, adding a pleasant touch to my stay. The lobby layout is inviting, and the accessible bathroom features met my needs as a senior.

The casino was clean and smoke-free, which made for an enjoyable experience. The bathroom had dirty towels upon arrival, which was disappointing.

My stay was centered around catching a concert nearby, which was a highlight for me. The views from my room were incredible, and I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere in the area, particularly the variety of restaurants and bars available. However, I encountered some issues with the cleanliness of my room, as there were dirty towels left in the bathroom upon arrival. Overall, the experience was decent, but there were definitely some areas needing improvement.

my experience at the MGM National Harbor was tragic, to say the least. waited two hours for our room, which was supposedly 'cleaning', and no slippers or even a robe in sight. you’d think celebrating a special occasion would warrant some kind of upgrade or gesture, but no. almost gave it a 5 star review but just couldn't.

Shower pressure was disappointing, making it hard to enjoy. The casino was a highlight—clean and smoke-free with plenty of gaming options.

My kids wished for more refrigerator options in the room.

The room had a stunning view of Washington DC and was modern and impeccably clean. The casino was large, non-smoking, and delightful. Loved the variety of on-site dining options!
