As women traveling alone, we felt completely at home here. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and well-equipped. The pools and water park were a blast, and the location was convenient for exploring downtown.

This hotel is an amazing find! The value for money is unbeatable with such great prices for such attention to detail. The staff goes above and beyond and the basic amenities are more than enough for a comfortable stay. The rooms with kitchenette are perfect with breathtaking views of the Smokies.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Gatlinburg area. The location was perfect, being close to downtown and right next to the beautiful National Park in the Smokies. It made it easy for us to explore all the attractions we had planned to visit.
