I experienced some disappointing aspects during my stay. Firstly, my room was not cleaned on the second day, even after notifying the front desk multiple times. The lack of communication and follow-up from the staff was frustrating. Additionally, the amenities in the hotel were not up to par. The gym was in need of renovation, with old and rusting equipment, and the shower in my room leaked onto the floor due to a design flaw.

The executive floor perks were amazing - quiet room, free wifi, business area. They even provided a toothbrush when needed. Valet service for parking was convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a bigger group of friends.

The noise from other guests partying until 4 am kept several in our group awake, making it difficult for them to get a good night's sleep before a long day of travel ahead.

We loved the location of this hotel, which is perfectly situated on the outskirts of downtown with easy access to the DFW area. It's also in walking distance to a few great restaurants and everything in Preston Center. The service was outstanding too, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services all easily available. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, hair dryer, bathtub, free toiletries, bath/shower, and even a kitchenette! We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Spent my Christmas days in a cozy hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from all the shops and restaurants, plus there was a public parking lot nearby that offered 3 hours of free parking. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they surprised us with a delicious complimentary breakfast on Christmas morning and a cozy fireplace in the lobby at night.

The parking in the hotel was only valet and quite expensive. Additionally, there were a couple of unexpected charges on my card that I was not aware of, and the staff did not explain them beforehand. But overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great way to spend my holiday season away from home.
