As women traveling alone, we found the room service staff to be absolutely fabulous. They were super sweet and took great care of us. The shower had good water pressure, making for a refreshing experience. We were impressed with maintenance's promptness in bringing us a new refrigerator when needed. Additionally, we appreciated the free printer in the business center and the helpfulness of two front desk clerks and a housekeeper, despite the language barrier. The spacious bathroom and comfortable beds were also notable.

We felt so welcome during our stay at Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah, An Ihg Hotel. We have no complaints whatsoever.

The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I enjoyed the in-room safe, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. The large TV with lots of channels was a nice bonus. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. I also appreciated the accommodating front desk, allowing me to have a late check-out. The parking was plentiful, which was convenient for me.

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient location. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and spotless, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently located near major highways such as the NYS thruway, the Garden State Pkwy, and the Palisades Pkwy. This made it easy for me to navigate to and from the hotel and explore the surrounding Mahwah, NJ area.

Additionally, staff is friendly and helpful, with maintenance staff going above and beyond to assist guests with any needs.

Some staff members can be unprofessional and unhelpful during guests’ stay.

The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The bathroom had good water pressure and the updated amenities were a nice touch. The staff at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful, providing recommendations for local restaurants. The parking lot was well-lit and had plenty of spots available. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Everything is what i need and want.

During our recent stay at Crowne Plaza, we were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. The design was efficient and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel common area, with its beautiful waterfall and pond, was a peaceful and serene space to relax. The noon-time check out was a bonus, giving us extra time to enjoy breakfast and unwind. we had a wonderful overnight stay and have already booked again for our anniversary.

One minor issue we encountered was with the breakfast. We were not given the necessary vouchers upon check-in, even though it was included in the price of our stay.

The location of the hotel was convenient, especially for those wanting to be close to Woodbury Common outlet. The easy entry to the hotel from the car park via a side door was great, especially if you have lots of shopping with you. The room itself was comfortable and of a good size.
