The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options and a friendly breakfast attendant. We enjoyed ordering our breakfast and eating comfortably in our room. the front desk staff was quick and friendly during check-in.

The customer service was lacking as there was only one person working and another staff member seemed uninterested and possibly under the influence. the lack of name tags and absence of supervisors or managers was concerning.

The beds at Holiday Inn were incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave in the morning. I forgot my daughter's wallet, but the staff went above and beyond to retrieve and return it to us. The breakfast offered by the hotel was outstanding, and we were able to enjoy it in the comfort of our own room. The attentive and friendly staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

Secondly, the staff provided exceptional service from the front desk to the bar. They were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my short stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were in great condition and very clean. I particularly liked having windows facing the highway, as it offered a nice view. Additionally, the included breakfast was a nice touch and added value to my stay.

The on-site grill offered delicious food at affordable prices, with Liz and Ebon serving a mouthwatering Phase I burger and amazing fries. Denise was always cheerful and proud to be part of the staff, and Ashley ensured our breakfast orders were taken care of. our stay was enjoyable and we felt well taken care of.
