Rooms are extremely dated and in dire need of renovation!!! The pool being closed during my visit was quite disappointing!!! Stains on bedding and a lack of basic toiletries like shower caps create a less than welcoming environment!!! Poor communication from staff about available amenities left much to be desired!!!

I appreciated the lovely fire pit in the lounge, which added a nice touch of coziness. The hot chocolate bar was a delightful surprise during my stay, creating a warm atmosphere for relaxation.

i previously stayed in red bank and this time, the customer service blew me away. the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. the clean and comfortable room made my nightlife experience even better.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and free parking was a nice bonus. Room had thin walls.

Y'all, the front desk staff were super nice, bless their hearts. Room needed serious help though—bed was lumpy and the carpet felt sticky. I reckon they need to do better with breakfast options too, not havin’ coffee with the meal is just plain wrong. That courtyard was cozy, but.

The staff here are incredible! Barbara went out of her way to help my fiancé fix a ripped pair of pants. The bicycle rental service was a fun addition for exploring the area. The room, unfortunately, had some soundproofing issues. I could hear every conversation in the hallway. Would still consider coming back for the service.

We had an unforgettable birthday celebration for my mom. The rooms were spacious and impeccable, but it was the staff that really blew us away. There was this one lady, Miss Barbara, who just radiated kindness, making us feel so welcomed and valued. Her warmth made the whole experience feel special, and we genuinely appreciated her efforts during our stay.

Had an awesome time relaxing in the cozy fireplace lounge and enjoyed some hot chocolate during my stay. I loved being able to catch up on shows with the internet streaming on the TV and was grateful for the strong shower pressure! Just wish the breakfast options had a little more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

However, the food quality was disappointing, especially dinner which felt overpriced for what was served. The pool area, although nice in concept, lacked sufficient lighting and warmth, making it uninviting. On a positive note, the comfortable king bed provided a great night’s sleep, and having complimentary Wi-Fi was a definite advantage.

I really liked the bed, it was super comfy and the pillows were great. Slept like a baby! But wow, the walls were thin. I could hear everything from the next room, and it startled me a few times. Also, the room itself was just basic. some decor would've helped. Oh, and the food options were a bummer—grab and go style in the lobby, not what I expected. Check-in was easy, though, so that was a plus.
