I recently stayed at Excellent Hotel for a 2-day convention and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a quick and hassle-free check-in. The highlight of my stay was the friendly conversation I had with the hotel manager, who emphasized the importance of a great staff. This sentiment truly reflected in every aspect of my stay. Despite being an older facility, Excellent Hotel is well maintained and clean, with many updates. The pool was clean and warm, and I loved the fact that it was secluded and not crowded. The gym was top-notch with an abundance of equipment. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and had updated bedding that was super soft. I appreciated the large TV, microwave, and large mini-fridge in the room. The housekeeping staff was prompt and friendly, ensuring that everything was taken care of. Though the small gift shop could have been better stocked, it provided sufficient drinks and snacks. The proximity of a shopping mall across the street was an added convenience. I also had a delightful dining experience at the Sports Zone Bar & Grill. The restaurant manager, Bianca, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and her staff was attentive. The food service was fast and tasty. Despite the hotel accommodating over 400 convention attendees, I never witnessed anyone complaining about the service. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend a stay at Excellent Hotel. my stay was fantastic, and I will definitely be recommending this hotel.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Columbia, I was thrilled to discover the beautiful facilities and recently updated hotel. The piano bar, sports bar, and executive bar provided a variety of options for entertainment and relaxation. The staff, particularly Rhonda, was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. As an IHG member, I received free drinks and discount coupons, which was an added bonus. The indoor pool was a delightful feature, and the rooms were comfortable with big fluffy pillows and cozy mattresses. The conference food was also top-notch, and the staff there were great.

The location was very convenient, right off I-70 and next to a large shopping area, which made it easy for us to explore the city and visit the Mizzou stadium.
