Awesome location by PPG Arena! Our double room had a flat-screen TV, sofa, and comfy beds. The air conditioning was great and the bathroom was spotless with free toiletries. Enjoyed the fitness center too! The staff was super helpful, providing directions and tips. Breakfast was tasty but a bit pricey for families.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, just across from PPG Paints Arena. The downtown vibe made walking to local eateries an enjoyable experience. The Starbucks in the lobby is a nice touch too!

However, our check-in process was a bit rocky, and the room felt tired. I noticed mold in the bathroom and issues with water temperature during showers, which dampened my overall experience.

Dirty bathrooms need immediate attention!!! The elevators are embarrassingly slow, leading to long waits!!! Parking costs are outrageous, and unclear signage makes navigating confusing!!!

I had a right tasty stay! The staff were proper friendly, especially Mike at dinner. Breakfast was bangin' with fresh omelets. Just wish the room was a touch bigger. could've done without the knocking for late checkout. But all in all, a decent gaff!

once again, marriott fails to impress. i expected a complimentary bottle of water at least, given the room rates. the parking for $30 was the cherry on top of my disappointment. honestly thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.
