During our recent stay, we experienced wonderful service from the attentive and caring staff. Despite our early arrival, we were offered an early check-in and even given a room upgrade. The hotel's location was perfect for attending a nearby concert and exploring downtown Pittsburgh. The room, although in need of some updates, was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a delightful dining experience at the Steelhead Brasserie and Wine bar, where the service was exceptional. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, not in the very downtown but within a 5-minute walk. The staff was amazing, very professional and helpful, making our stay even better. The room had everything we needed, from heating to ironing facilities, as well as a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and safe. We loved the leisure facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The food was also great, and not too expensive.

This venue is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the bar served delicious food. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the PPG Paints Arena where I had tickets to a Pens game. Additionally, the staff, including Celeste at the front desk, Joe & Tem at the lounge, and the Saturday shuttle driver, went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The hotel's shuttle service was also a convenient perk, allowing me to easily explore this city.

We spent Thanksgiving at a hotel downtown. Breakfasts were fine. I appreciated the pumpkin spice flavored coffee and the complimentary apple cider at the front desk. The hotel location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. The best part was the beds; they were extremely comfortable.

There were also negatives about the stay. The room overall had little natural light and was quite dark.
