The hotel had a great location - close to key attractions and easily accessible. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Plus, the hotel offered a variety of amenities and services to enhance our experience.

The room had a comfortable bed, a beautiful view of the Margalla hills, good privacy, and was a good value for money. The transportation services, especially the taxi drivers named Sher Afzal and Nazir, were excellent.

The staff at the hotel were warm, caring, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay, especially the restaurant staff like Mr. Ilyas, Ms. Sadaf, Zubair, Waris, and Shahid. The food at the restaurants was delicious, with a special mention to Chef Mario at Sakura Restaurant. The Car Rental Counter also had efficient and helpful personnel. I really appreciated the fresh juice counter at breakfast, it was a nice touch.

One small thing that could make the breakfast better is if the variety of fresh fruit, not just cut in fruit salad, could be improved.

Loved the variety of food options available, with 8 restaurants and an outdoor café terrace. the big gym had plenty of equipment and the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, especially with its retractable roof. the rooms were spacious and very clean, with fluffy white towels, robes, and slippers provided. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel safe and well taken care of.
