This hotel was our top choice for a Christmas getaway and it did not disappoint! The newly renovated property was a pleasant surprise, with a spacious and comfortable seating area for breakfast. We loved the selection of breakfast options, especially the delicious Cinnabon cinnamon rolls and fresh New York bagels. The location was perfect for us, close to the local Nutcracker performance that we wanted to attend. The staff was friendly and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor issues. One bedside light didn't work, but it didn't affect our stay too much.

I recently had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in East End. We booked last minute and were able to secure a room easily. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast spread was impressive, especially the well-designed seating area. The room and bathroom were spotless. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. They even took care of salting and plowing during a snowstorm. Highly recommended!

They went above and beyond, even printing out documents for me when my Wi-Fi provider was down. The housekeeping was efficient and detail-oriented. The location was perfect and the room was ample, quiet, and very clean. The window shade was excellent, blocking out 99 percent of outside light, which was important for a good night's sleep. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest.
